Dayton Polymeric Products, Inc. (DPP) is a custom molder of urethane products for the automotive and industrial markets. DPP's largest business segment is in the production of energy absorbing (EA) foams used for occupant safety in passenger vehicles and trucks and noise vibration harshness (NVH) foams used for noise abatement, vibration control and protection from harsh environments. DPP also molds integral skin (IS) foam products for the industrial and sport markets, flexible foam (FF) for the recreational and industrial markets and sandwich board (SB) products for the automobile load floor applications. DPP is an ISO/TS 16949:2002 registered company that operates out of a 50,000 sq. ft. facility in Dayton, Ohio. DPP is located just off I-75, four miles south of I-70.

Products:

• EA: DPP molds energy absorbing foam products that meet federal motor vehicle safety standards (FMVSS) 201, 208 and 214. Products are used in automotive headliners, pillars, and door panels.

• IS: DPP molds integral skin foam products for both automotive and industrial applications. With the look and feel of leather, this is an ideal material for arm rest, head rest, grips or floor mats.

• NVH: Noise abatement foams are ideal for areas of noise and vibration concerns. NVH foam is used in automotive, marine, heavy duty equipment and lawn and garden products.

• FF: Flexible Foam products are typically used for arm rest, head rest and some NVH and sealing applications.

• SB: Sandwich board is ideal for use as light weight cargo lids, seat backs or loading floors for automotive applications.
